Certify to Deliver
The Five Archetypes Relationships Report

Label someone, and you tell them their distorted perception is their identity – valid and permanent with no responsibility to change. When we don’t take responsibility, we believe others must change so we can feel comfortable.

The pattern reinforces itself and things don’t move.

The report reveals the conditioned choices driving dysfunction and the specific steps to change them.

Learn to Facilitate a Conscious Shift
in Relationships

The Five Archetypes Relationship Report is a behavior change tool for relationship practitioners. Certified practitioners can purchase it and deliver it to their own clients.

The report only catalyzes sustainable change when the practitioner can avoid adding their own distortions to the field. Building that capacity is what this six-month certification does first. Then, when you deliver the report, the wisdom integrates well into how a client makes moment to moment choices.

Led by Carey Davidson, author, speaker, founder, Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, tree hugger, and facilitator of enlightenment.

Opening intensive:
October 10–11, 2026.

Final certification demonstration: April 4, 2027.

Early tuition:
$6,950 through September 30

Most change methods begin with an intervention. This certification begins by securing the integrity of the facilitator, the relational field, and the process through which the intervention is delivered.

Why This Certification Exists

The Five Archetypes System treats two people as one inextricably interrelated organism instead of two individuals with separate needs to accommodate. Because when one person identifies with a distorted thought, they create an imbalance in the Field within which others have to function. The pain between the two multiplies as the imbalance in the Field reinforces the very behaviors everyone most fears.

This certification teaches the practitioner to notice their own distorted perceptions and regulate out of them. Then, with this capacity, you can facilitate client sessions from a deeply informed, effective perspective. That’s why the certification starts with you.

Program Overview
Every other system records a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to create a report that defines them as a fixed identity everyone else has to accomodate. The Five Archetypes System is different. It shows each person the one lens that creates the distorted perception they mistake for reality and provides the steps to regulate into the truer, holistic view. Behavior is a symptom. It comes from a conditioned lens and the belief that your own thoughts are the whole truth, when any one archetype only sees a fifth of what’s real.

The Five Archetypes System is a behavior and relationship change model rooted in Chinese Five Element theory. It maps five adaptive forces of engagement (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood) and shows how each shapes perception, stress responses, relationships, and change. All five are present in everyone. The one you rely on most is your causative factor, or primary archetype, which illustrates your conditioned thoughts and actions, how to regulate out of them and how to prevent them altogether.

This Certification Strengthens Three Functions
  1. The facilitator. Recognize distortion, regulate into stillness, and choose from integrity.
  2. The relational field. Build and protect the conditions required for safety, dignity, honesty, and growth.
  3. The change process. Use the whole Five Elements wheel to create healthier outcomes without imposing, rescuing, judging, withdrawing, or controlling.

Why Good Methods Fail to Create Change and
How The Five Archetypes System is Different

In this conversation, Carey Davidson and Lorie Eve Dechar explore the transformative ideas of Jean Gebser, focusing on the evolution of human consciousness and the current mental collapse. They discuss the need for a new understanding of reality, the importance of inner healing, and the role of interconnectedness in navigating uncertainty. The dialogue emphasizes the significance of The Five Archetypes System as a framework for personal and collective growth in these challenging times.

What You'll Learn

Level I: Understand your perception and choose from integrity

Your primary archetype is a lens through which you interpret thoughts, feelings, sensations, people, and events. Phase I teaches you to recognize when that partial lens is presenting itself as the whole truth.

You learn to:

  • Separate what is happening from what your constitution is making it mean.
  • Recognize the thoughts, stories, feelings, sensations, and impulses of your primary distortion.
  • Understand how acting from that distortion can trigger reactive states in others.
  • Use stillness and constitution-specific practices to regulate.
  • Wait until a choice rooted in integrity becomes available.

Level I outcome:
You can recognize a distortion, regulate, and choose from integrity before you act.

Level II: Use the Five Elements wheel to create better outcomes

After demonstrating Level I capacity, you move from self-regulation into active creation.

You learn to:

  • Define a clear, wholesome outcome.
  • Read a situation through all five elemental perspectives.
  • Anticipate how different constitutions may interact.
  • Choose the elemental strategies the moment requires.
  • Adapt as the relational field changes.
  • Create balanced conditions without trying to control another person.

Level II outcome:
You can use the full wheel to prepare for, facilitate, and observe change with greater integrity while delivering the Five Archetypes Relationship Report with clients.

How You'll Learn

To facilitate relationship transformation with integrity, it is important to experience the work in a relationship of your own.

Your own relationship becomes the laboratory

To provide an experiential and integrated awareness of how the Five Archetypes System creates compassionate change, you’ll embody the system for yourself. Participatns will experience it by learning to transform one meaningful, ongoing relationship of their own.

Throughout the six months, Carey guides each participant through the conscious transformation of that relationship using group facilitation, your own personalized Relationship Report, individual homework, daily reflection, and small practice-pod work.

You will:

  • Understand how your constitution interacts with others.
  • Observe how your primary lens shapes what you perceive and contribute to the relationship.
  • Practice regulating before you interpret, speak, or act.
  • Use the full wheel to catalyze healthy conditions.
  • Track what changes when you change what you bring to the field.
  • Experience receiving and living the work before you facilitate it for someone else.

Outcomes: What You'll be Able to Do

This program aims to help you become practitioners whose consciousness and presence change what becomes possible in the room for your clients.

Participants will be able to facilitate Carey Davidson’s Five Archetypes Relationship Reports with clarity, compassion, accuracy, and integrity as well as:

Understand and elevate one of your own relationships through direct experience of the method.

Prepare yourself and the relational field before a client meeting.

Anticipate how your constitution and a client’s constitution may interact.

Recognize and reorganize your own distortion during a session.

Protect the client’s experience of safety, dignity, security, and being seen.

Use the whole Five Elements wheel to support more wholesome outcomes.

Curriculum and Format

The program includes:

  • Two-day opening intensive

Credential and Professional Scope: What certification means

Successful participants earn:

Five Archetypes Certified Relationships Facilitator: Level I & II

Attendance alone does not guarantee certification. You must demonstrate the required Level I and Level II capacities. Additional practice and reassessment may be recommended.

Certified practitioners may facilitate proprietary Five Archetypes Relationship Reports purchased from Carey Davidson. Certification does not authorize practitioners to diagnose another person’s consciousness, guarantee another person’s response, claim to produce enlightenment, or independently create or modify the reports.
