I teach the words and actions that protect the integrity of relationships and companies. Drawn from Five Elements theory and proven across 200,000 people.
The way you want to show up and the way you actually react when things get uncomfortable aren’t the same thing yet. That gap is where your infinite potential lives. And it shuts down in the smallest moments – the half-second before you snap, isolate, or say yes when you mean no.
I teach it to companies, to individuals, and to the coaches who carry it forward.

I’m Carey Davidson, intuitive, author of The Five Archetypes (Simon & Schuster), and creator of the Five Archetypes System. For years I was a seeker, collecting practices and wisdom that inspired me… but changed nothing. Then I found the mechanics of how to transform relationships and business outcomes hiding inside the oldest map we have. Now I teach it, so the calm, honest version of you shows up on the hard days too.
The Five Archetypes is a practical map, drawn from the Five Elements, for the moment pressure hits and your thinking narrows to a sliver of what’s true. It shows you how to move back to center and prevent unhealthy friction. It keeps you honest, keeps the room safe, and makes everyone’s next decision a clean one.
Across 200,000+ questionnaire results, one pattern keeps surfacing – when the pressure is on, few people can pause long enough to choose what is truly best for the whole ecosystem. It’s the one skill nothing else works without, and the one nobody taught us. The Five Archetypes is the practice that gives it back.

I bring the system inside your company, so your team tells you the truth, disagreements stay clean, and your biggest decisions get made by people who actually trust each other. You'll feel it by the second meeting.

Three months with Carey 1:1. You'll build the daily practice that changes how you show up at home, at work, and in the conversations you've been avoiding.

Get certified to teach Level I Five Archetypes in relationships and give your clients the how they've never had. For coaches working with couples, co-workers, and co-founders. Next cohort: October 10 & 11, 2026.
The resource we over-rely on is known as our primary Archetype, or tendency. It reveals the predictable way your mind limits your perspective under stress, restricting your access to the truth, closing down opportunities and bringing unhealthy friction into relationships.
Predictable patterns can be changed. Because these patterns are predictable, they’re also transformable. The work begins by noticing the subtle moment perception shifts, and learning how to guide yourself back.
In nearly 98,000 questionnaires, 70% of people scored Water – the capacity to pause and reflect – as their lowest or second-lowest element. This is why integrity is harder to practice than anyone admits – we’re not addressing the real problem.
Assume others must change so they can feel comfortable
Miss the early clues of narrowing perspective
Struggle to tolerate the discomfort required for growth
Why perception is the lever for change.
When The Five Archetypes launched, many saw it as a personality system. But in the real work with couples, families, teams, and leaders worldwide, a deeper truth emerged.
People don’t struggle because of who they are. They struggle because they have never been taught what integrity actually is or how to choose it in the moment it matters most.
Your Archetype tendency shows you the first signal of that contraction. Your growth comes from learning to recognize the exact moment integrity slips, and returning to it before that slip becomes a word, a decision, or a group culture. (Read More)
